Method

Method

  • 5-6 medium tomatoes
  • Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup chickpeas, cooked
  • ¼ cup brown lentils, cooked
  • ½ cup vermicelli, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Water as needed

Method

  • Take a container and heat the olive oil in it. Now sauté the onion and garlic and sauté well.
  • Pour the tomato puree over it and season with salt, pepper, paprika and turmeric. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Now add the lentils and chickpeas and cook until tender. Once thick, stir in the brown lentils and vermicelli.
